It was not too long ago that making a customer for life was not difficult
for me in the real estate business. The Internet has changed my traditional relationships, but I have found new ways to earn long-term customer loyalty.
Knowledge of what the customer needs, consistent follow-up, and a source of information earns my
customers' loyalty.

One aspect of my real estate business is that I've become a condominium community specialist in the North Metro-Detroit area, having personally
invested in several condominiums. Participating as association board director, and reviewing master deed and by-law changes on an ongoing basis,
renders my experience valuable.
